Owned by a Mold Engineer.
Built to Take the Risk Out of Your Project
A technology-driven injection mold, molding, CNC machining & die casting factory in Dongguan, China
Our Story
KTM began in 2006 as a small toolroom founded by Mr. Chan. At his side was Ramon — an engineer by training who led the company's mold engineering department and personally solved its toughest technical problems.
As Mr. Chan's health declined, more and more of the factory fell to Ramon to run. After Mr. Chan passed away, Ramon and his brother bought the company.
Today, KTM is a real 3,000+ m² factory of around 80 people, owned and led by the engineer who spent his career fixing what other shops walked away from. Under his hands, that small toolroom grew into today's operation: 40+ injection molding machines, including high-speed FANUC presses for precision components, plus Haitian and LOG machines, most fitted with robotic arms for 24-hour production.
We didn't scale by cutting corners. We scaled by solving hard problems well — which is why, more than twenty years on, Ramon is still on the floor, reviewing mold designs with our engineers every day.
One Factory, Every Step Handled
Your product moves from concept to validation to first parts to full production. Most suppliers cover only one stage. We cover the entire journey under one roof.
Rapid Prototyping
3D printing and vacuum casting to prove out form, fit, and function before you ever commit to cutting steel.
Precision CNC Machining
Engineering CNC plastics and CNC metals parts on our FANUC centers, turning, milling, and Sodick mirror-finish EDM.
Mold Components
Cavity/core inserts, sliders, lifters, core & ejector pins, and cooling jigs, machined to drop straight into your tooling.
Injection Mold Making
Hot runner, overmolding, insert, 2K/two-shot, gas-assisted, and unscrewing tools, built to run in your plant or ours.
Injection Molding & Production
From 90T to 3300T, with no rigid MOQ — from a handful of parts to over half a million parts a month.
Die Casting Tooling
Aluminum and zinc molds built in-house, with parts produced through our vetted casting partners.
Molds Built to Last
When you export a mold to run in your own plant, two questions keep you up at night: will it hold up, and will I regret the steel later? We make sure the answer is right the first time.
P20, 718/738 for general tooling; H13, 8407, 1.2344/1.2343 for high-wear work; S136 for high-polish, medical and optical parts. The right steel matches your job.
From a few thousand shots for a bridge tool, to well over a million for high-volume production — we tell you exactly what your tool is rated for.
Full dimensional and inspection data, trial samples, and process documentation with photos at every critical stage before the mold leaves our floor.
Sturdy wooden crates as standard; vacuum-sealed and rust-proofed on request, so your tool arrives dry and production-ready.
How We Control Quality
Preliminary DFM at the quoting stage, a detailed DFM report after your order, and Moldflow analysis on complex parts where it genuinely adds value.
Full trial (T1) reports, dimensional inspection reports, and material certificates on every project.
A complete in-house metrology room: CMM, 3D coordinate measuring, optical projector, hardness testers, pin/plug gauges, micrometers, and height gauges.
Your design stays yours. We sign NDAs without hesitation, never share or reuse client tooling, and your files stay locked to your project.
When something goes wrong, we tell you the truth, we tell you fast, and we own the fix. Transparent pricing, fast response, and accountability aren't features here — they're the baseline.
Our Customers & What They Say
Across automotive, consumer electronics, medical enclosures, aerospace components, industrial machinery, and baby & child products, our partners don't come to us for a single order — they stay. Some have worked with KTM for as long as 15 years. We'd rather show you than tell you.
"Perfect, T1 samples approved." — a client sign-off the moment a mold passed first trial and moved to production.
Real feedback on a finished mold — this is how our clients talk to us after delivery, not before.
A repeat order confirmed over WhatsApp — most of our work comes from clients who've already trusted us once.
A KTM desk calendar on a client's desk — a small habit that's marked every year we've worked together.
Year after year, the same calendar, the same partnership — some now well past a decade.
Little things, long relationships. This is what a 10-year supplier relationship actually looks like.
Our customers trusted by years.
Built for Global Partners
You shouldn't have to lose a full day waiting for a straight answer. Our dedicated project engineer communicates in fluent English, and our project & engineering team works until 8:00 PM local time to close the gap on your time zone.
When you need a video call to walk through a tricky feature, you get someone who understands you the first time — not a translated summary two emails later.
Certified to ISO 9001. Equipped with imported FANUC CNC, Sodick EDM, and FANUC molding machines.
Let's Talk About Your Project
Whether you're validating a prototype, exporting a production mold, or looking for a molding partner who won't disappear when the project gets hard — we'd like to understand what you're building.
